Light bright colour, with limey tinge. Nose explodes with yellow and tropical fruits like mango and freshly plucked lemons. The fruit follows through on the palate with notes of lemon grass. The wine also shows a fine lees fullness wich was obtailned by regular lees sturring. DRY. UNWOODED

This Sauvignon Blanc is food friendly and will match well with any dish from creamy pasta to spicy Thai. The high acidity will reduce the saltiness of seafood or sushi.
