about the harvest:  Harvest commenced on 11 March. Grapes were harvested at 24.6°B with a total acid of 7.8 g/l and a pH of 3.42.

in the cellar : Fermentation initiated in stainless tanks and underwent a series of punching before completion of fermentation and malolactic fermentation in the barrel. This wine spent 18 months in a combination of four and fifth fill French oak barrels.

Bottled in December 2010.
