about the harvest: Harvest commenced on 5 March. Grapes were harvested at 24.5°B with a total acid of 7.15 g/l and a pH of 3.35.

in the cellar : Fermentation initiated in stainless tanks and underwent a series of punching before completion of fermentation and malolactic fermentation in the barrel. This wine spent 18 months on 20% 1st fill and the balance was on 4th fill and older.
