in the vineyard : Pockets of fruit from various vineyards on the Fairview farm and selected Agter-Paarl vineyards.

in the cellar : Juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks, pressed and transferred to 225 litre oak barrels for 12 months. Older barrels were used, lending subtle oak character to the wine.
