in the vineyard : Pockets of fruit from various vineyards on the Fairview farm, selected Agter-Paarl and Swartland vineyards.

in the cellar : Juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks, pressed and transferred to French and American oak barrels for 10 months. Older barrels were used, lending subtle oak character to the wine.
