Intense sweet red fruit with subtle notes of peppery spice and vanilla on the nose. This 2011 Estate red blend is incredibly fruit driven, highlighting the best that Klein Constantia reds have to offer. It has a well-integrated oak component to round off the palate. The rich and powerful tannin structure creates a great balance between fruit and intensity.

in the vineyard : 2011 produced a superb harvest of Klein Constantia red grapes, so the decision was made to create one Estate wine of superior quality to best showcase this vintage.
in the cellar : MaThe wine was aged for 15 Months in 65% new oak. The grapes were 100% hand sorted and fermented in small batches for maximum diversity between parcels and blocks.
