These grapes were sourced from our vineyard of Viognier on the upper slope of Paarl mountain.
About The Harvest
The grapes were harvested early in the morning.
In The Cellar
The grapes were pressed, separating the juice from the skins. The juice was cold fermented in a tank for 3 weeks. The wine was left to mature on fine lees for 6 months before bottling.
