ageing : This full-bodied red blend has very good maturing potential, reaching full maturity after 3-5years.

about the harvest: The Merlot, Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes are picked at a full ripeness.

in the cellar : The grapes were fermented separately in open fermenting tanks(kuipe). Then matured separately for 18 months before blending. The blend is matured in 50 % new French oak and 25% in 2nd and 3rd respectively for a further 3 months before bottling.
