in the vineyard : A combination of different terroirs.

about the harvest:

Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness levels and vinified separately.
Harvest Date: February 2012
Yield: 8t/ha

in the cellar : The different varietals were matured separately in a combination of 3rd and 4th fill French and American oak barrels for 12 months after which it was carefully blended (it took a couple of weeks to determine the perfect balance between the different identities of the different varietals!), stabilized and bottled.
